Estatio's mission is to help real estate agents craft great listing descriptions.
Buyers love listings. First they look at the pictures. Then the main features (beds, baths, acreage, etc). If the listing fits, they read the listing description.
The listing description is a real estate agent's first chance to make a good impression, and to connect with the buyer. Sadly, many agents neglect their listing descriptions. Some don't even write one at at all.
Maybe they don't realize the value in a good listing, or they are intimidated by the process.
Estatio helps agents feel confident in their listing descriptions by generating ideas. Many of those ideas can be dropped into your listings with little, or no, editing. We hope you find it useful!

Jared Swanson
Founder/Developer
Jared is the entrepreneur and software developer. He has built everything from business tools to web applications.
He became interested in the real estate industry when he bought his first home. He turned that first home into a rental property, and still owns it to this day. Over the year he has built homes, renovated homes, and helped friends sell their homes. He has the experience and a passion for real estate.
Jared has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business. He has always loved building businesses and writing code. He has been a real estate agent since 2014, and is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is excited to be a part of Estatio and help other agents grow their business.
